Once an order is placed and paid for returns and exchanges will not be accepted by Micon Office Furniture.

All furniture and custom furniture orders must be considered carefully as restrictions may apply for item(s) return.  If a product is deemed faulty the item is eligible for an exchange. Micon Office Furniture reserves the right to not offer an exchange refund or repair if fault is due to misuse or neglect.
